Situated in the rapidly evolving heart of the Parramatta CBD, this premium development presents a series of curated external environments that seamlessly align with the architectural language of the built form.

The landscape design embraces a restrained, tactile material palette—featuring hand-selected natural stone, refined water elements and sculptural planting—each element working to elevate the sensory and spatial experience for residents and visitors alike. Integrated wellness amenities, including a swimming pool, spa and gymnasium, are not treated as standalone facilities, but as embedded components of the landscape narrative. These elements are woven into the broader composition to create a cohesive and immersive living environment that balances urban intensity with moments of calm and retreat.

A key focus of the design was to deliver layered outdoor spaces that cater to both individual quietude and communal interaction. From contemplative garden rooms to open terraces designed for gathering and passive recreation, the landscape offers a diversity of spatial experiences that shift in scale, texture and atmosphere throughout the site. The interplay between structure, planting and materiality creates a living environment that responds not only to the architectural form, but to the broader climatic and cultural context of Western Sydney—grounding the project in place while offering a high level of amenity and enduring design quality.
