Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects Pty Ltd recognizes the importance of sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint.

As part of our overall commitment Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects Pty Ltd is committed to:

• Complying with ISO 45001:2018 and all relevant WH&S legislations, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines and all other requirements;

• Eliminate hazards and reduce WH&S risks

• Establishing measurable objectives and targets aimed at eliminating work related injury and illnesses;

• Documenting, implementing and communicating WH&S policy to all employees;

• Regularly monitoring and revising our policy in accordance with legislative and organisational changes or as appropriate.

• Provide adequate training, information, instruction and supervision to all employees and visitors to ensure work is carried out safely

• Ensure all accidents, hazards and near misses are recorded and reported and an investigation is carried out to determine possible causes.

• Maintain a safe working environment by reporting hazards or unsafe work practices in a prompt manner to their manager or supervisor.

• Report all workplace injuries, near misses and illnesses caused by work immediately to your manager.

• Continual improvement of WH&S system.

• Ongoing consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of WH&S Management system.

Ethical Design and Sourcing: We manage design phases and transition responsibilities to builders, ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing as specified in our documentation.

Sustainable Practices: We promote the use of sustainable, locally sourced Australian products, reflecting both client and builder preferences.

Fair Employment: We uphold fair employment practices to reduce modern slavery risks, with all staff employed under or above industry awards.

Positive Work Environment: We foster a supportive work environment through a comprehensive onboarding process for all staff members.

Ongoing Evaluation: We commit to regular reviews and updates of our practices to mitigate modern slavery risks and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

Modern Slavery Risk Management:

We will take reasonable steps to identify, assess, and address risks of modern slavery practices in the operations and supply chains used in the provision of our services. Should we become aware of any modern slavery practices within our operations or supply chains, we will take all reasonable actions to address or remove these practices as soon as practicable. Additionally, we will respond promptly to reasonable requests for information and inquiries from the Client regarding our modern slavery risk and exposure.

For the purposes of this policy, “Modern Slavery” refers to the definition provided in the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
