Currently, our team of professional staff includes Landscape Architects, Architects, Urban Designers, Horticulturalists, Graphic Designer, Interior Designer, Heritage Specialists and support staff. We provide a diversity of expertise across a range of projects varying from Master Planning, Place Making, Ecology, Heritage, Public Open Space and Health environments.
We are seeking a design professional who has strong design skills, leadership and communication skills and can demonstrate experience in a team-based creative process.
The successful applicants will:
Have gained a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree (or similar) and have a minimum five (5) years experience working in Australia
Proficiently utilise Revit (including various plug-ins), AutoCAD and Adobe Design Suite
Display strong concept, documentation and construction supervision skills
Develop and complete design and documentation of a diverse range of projects
Be an enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated achiever with a passion for design and horticulture
Have the right to live and work in Australia permanently

We are seeking a BIM Manager / BIM Lead with Architectural and/or Landscape Architecture experience, to join the team in either Chippendale, Austinmer or Newcastle studio, all of which are easily accessed from public transport and house a diverse range of skilled employees.
Currently, our team of professional staff includes Landscape Architects, Architects, Urban Designers, Horticulturalists, Heritage Specialists and support staff. We provide a diversity of expertise across a range of projects varying from Open Space, Heritage Conservation, Health, Seniors, Urban and Public Domain, Commemorative spaces along with Mixed use and Multi residential developments.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to:
Develop and manage the Revit library and templates across the three (3) Taylor Brammer studios
Project design and documentation work - Revit modelling for a wide variety of exciting projects nationally using technical modelling skills and design thinking
Oversee model co-ordination and clash detection with broader consultant teams using Autodesk Forma and other coordination platforms
Develop families and CAD detail for a standard library and documentation and compliant details
Manage health of models through developing workflows to meet auditing requirements
Support staff training of Revit processes and plugins relevant to Landscape Architecture to improve project outcomes
Creating 3D visualisations using Enscape / and or other rendering software
The successful applicant will bring:
3+ years of BIM Management and/or Revit creation experience
Strong technical skills in BIM software
Previous experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and passion for design
The successful applicants will demonstrate:

Develop and complete design and documentation of a diverse range of projects including drawings, specifications and schedules
