Mayflower Village, Gerringong

Winner of the UDIA 2019 Aged Care Service - recognising design and model of care The UDIA awards aim to highlight innovation, sustainability, industry leadership and excellence in urban development across NSW and the ACT.

The landscape design provides a vibrant outcome which integrates site specific relevant planting, colours, textures and artistic elements to ground the project in its setting.

The local community were engaged to develop design themes. With their assistance and donations, the dementia care courtyards and play elements were built using locally sourced materials celebrating the character of the area and the broader South Coast region.
