As the office manager of Austinmer, most would know Gemma as the friendly, cheery voice at the other end of the phone. As well as keeping the office running smoothly day to day, she also enjoys arranging the social events for the firm. After being with the firm from day one, and having no previous experience in landscape architecture, she has not only gained a greater appreciation for the industry but has also acquired valuable knowledge.
