Extensive landscaped theme gardens feature across the site providing a range of innovative landscape spaces designed for the well-being of the residents, staff and visitors. The planting has been carefully chosen to assist with a serene garden concept where reconnecting to nature and the healing power of plants can be fully realised. A large atrium brings natural daylight to the building and features a green wall and hanging plants. Integrated with the themed gardens are a range of on-site facilities, including: dining facilities, a swimming pool, gym, cinema, library, beauty salon, and Wellness Centre.

With the Mark Moran Group being recognised as the World's Best Seniors Planning and Aged Care Provider Global Awards, the project continues the themes of the warmth of nature, gathering and connecting with community in an exemplar form that celebrates the best in residential care.
